Isaac Fulton Allen was born in Lincoln, Mississippi on February 14, 1882. He lived on a farm in Lincoln, Mount Olive with his father George Washington Allen Sr. (September 12, 1853-April 25, 1936), mother Ruthie Gertrude Lofton (April 19, 1857- May 2, 1895), and siblings.
